Division of Iranian pistachios

Iranian pistachios have a great variety and are generally divided into two categories: Long pistachios and Round pistachios.Pistachios that have a long and elongated appearance belong to the long category, such as Akbari and Ahmad Aghaei pistachios. Pistachios that have a round and spherical appearance belong to the round category, such as  Kale Gouchi and Fandoghi pistachios.
