First, because the main pistachio that comes to Europe from the United States is jumbo, and Europeans are accustomed to this type of pistachio, and the equivalent of this pistachio in Iran is Fandoghi and ram, and secondly, because most people like pistachio as a taste. They do not like large pistachios and prefer small and fun pistachios.
