Dried figs 101AA: This is another type of Iranian dried figs that is also open mouth. This type is smaller than the 101AAA and more affordable. This type is also white and yellow, but the size of each fig is about 22 mm with a closed mouth about 10 to 15%.

Dried figs 101A: Dried figs belonging to this grade are yellow and white. Their size is about 18 mm. About half of the total amount is open mouth.

Closed-mouth dried figs:

Dried figs AA: Dried figs of this grade have a bright yellow and white color and its size is about 22 mm. Most dried figs of this grade (about 90%) have their mouths closed.

Dried figs A: Due to the competitive price, it is the most suitable type for export. This type of dried fig is different from other types. First, most figs of this type are closed-mouthed and the color of this type should be white or yellow, but having some brown figs is also acceptable. Figs range in size from 14 to 22 mm. It can also be seen in this type of open-mouth fig.

Dried figs B: This is the most reasonable and lowest quality in Iranian dried figs. The size of the fig is about 14 mm and the color of this type is brown and gray. This type of dried fig is suitable for the market and buyers who are very price sensitive.
