After this stage, the pistachios are roasted until the pistachio kernels are completely dry. In this method, pistachios become completely crispy and delicious. This method is known as European roast because of its popularity among Europeans.

In the second method, pistachios are traditionally roasted. That is, after the roasting process, we add additives to the pistachio. This method is mostly used for the domestic market and customers also welcome the quality of products that are salted with this method. In traditional roasting, various additives and flavorings are used, such as saffron, lemon, etc. Akbari saffron pistachio is one of the best-selling types of roasted pistachios in the market.
