The most common way to get almond quality and size is as follows:

Sampling: Sampling is one of the most important steps in determining the quality of almonds. For this purpose, we pour whatever almond we want to sample on the ground and mix it and separate from 250 grams to one kilogram of it. Of course, do not forget to never remove the sample from the top or bottom of the sample. Then peel the sample almonds and weigh the nuts and then count. Finally, divide the weight by the number and determine the quality and size of the almonds.

The second method is to count 100 grams of Mamra almond kernels. If every 100 grams of almonds is 100, this sample of almond kernels is called 100 or 100 seeds.

Now, the smaller the number, the larger the size of the almonds. And the higher the number, the smaller the almond and the lower the quality.

Grade 4A: In this grade, there are about 90 to 95 Mamra almond kernels.

Grade 3A: In 100 grams of grade 3A, there are about 100 to 105 Mamra almond kernels.

Grade 2A: In this grade, there are about 110 to 115 Mamra almond kernels.

Grade A: There are about 120 to 125 Mamra almond kernels per 100 grams of grade 1A.

ES grade: In this grade, there are about 130 to 135 Mamra almond kernels.

140 seeds grade: In 100 grams of this grade, there are about 140 to 145 Mamra almond kernels.

150 seeds grade: There are about 150 to 155 almond kernels in 100 grams of this grade.
